1. At least 15 years of relevant experience (health insurance schemes development/implementation expertise at a regulatory level in general/ monitoring of large schemes)*
2. Fluency in Arabic and, English
Broad role. *Technical deliverables for Implementation & monitoring: (strategic plan development, operational plan development, implementation of the Scheme and targets achievement, monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
