We are looking for an enthusiastic Immigration consultant to advise and guide clients about their overseas options. You\'ll need to sell visa and immigration services. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide immigration advice to clients looking to relocate internationally and supervise the completion of all relevant immigration, visa documents etc. and ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Interview all prospective clients and deal with all applications face to face to ensure that the client is suitable and ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate. Making calls with the leads provided and meet the customers in the office and explain the suitable immigration programs by communicating effectively and should have experience dealing with clients of different nationalities. Learn the new immigration rules from different sources and attend the training sessions conducted by the managers and implement the learning in the consultation sessions. Must be able to generate revenue as per laid down targets from product specific conversions. SKILLS REQUIRED You must have strong communication and negotiation skills and should be able to supervise the completion of all relevant immigration and visa documents. Experience in Visa and Immigration Consultancy and fluency in Malayalam (you may also be required to be bi-lingual) Should be able to work with tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service and also work as part of a team. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy. You must have knowledge about Schengen visa, Work Visa, and Residence Permit Applications, to Canada, New Zealand, and European Countries You should have the ability to manage and handle multiple tasks and have the capacity to support worried clients. Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regard to visas they are interested in applying for. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies and constant follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as needed.
