Telesales Executive
to join our growing immigration team. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our overseas job placement and visa services, and converting leads into successful sales. If you are passionate about helping people achieve their dreams abroad and have strong sales skills, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain immigration services and job opportunities abroad.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable visa programs (Europe, UK, Australia, etc.).
Maintain a strong follow-up system to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide accurate information about visa processing, documentation, and timelines.
Build strong client relationships to enhance referrals and renewals.
Maintain updated records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Handle client queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Telesales, immigration consultancy, or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
English/Hindi/Punjabi
