Immigration Counselor / Area Manager

1. Immigration Counselor

Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on immigration processes, requirements, and available programs. Guide applicants through documentation, eligibility checks, and visa applications. Maintain strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and updates. Build and maintain client relationships to ensure a high conversion rate. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration, study abroad, or visa consultancy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets. Multilingual skills (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog) will be an added advantage.

2. Area Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee branch operations in the assigned location (Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Qatar). Lead and mentor the team of immigration counselors. Drive business growth and ensure achievement of sales targets. Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations. Provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in immigration/overseas consultancy, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in business development and team management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
