Job Title: Immigration Consultant

Location: Salmiya, Kuwait.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn about immigration and work permit programs.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle daily inbound and outbound calls with potential clients

-Provide accurate information about immigration, work permits, and visa programs

-Convert inquiries into sales by effectively explaining services and benefits

-Maintain and follow up on leads until closure

-Update client details and interactions in the system on a daily basis

-Assist clients with documentation requirements and application processes

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications

-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

-Provide professional and ethical consultation at all times

Requirements:

-Freshers are encouraged to apply

-Prior experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer service is an advantage

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong convincing and negotiation skills

-Ability to work under targets and deadlines

-Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems)

-Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
