Job Description

Can Axis Group is a leading immigration and visa consultancy providing tailored solutions to clients seeking international study, work, or residency opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities



Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients interested in immigration or visa services. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration programs. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversions. Maintain strong product knowledge of immigration pathways and program updates. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Update CRM systems with accurate client information and track sales progress. Work closely with the case-processing team to ensure smooth handover after sales.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, consulting, or client advisory roles (immigration industry experience is an advantage). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions clearly. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.

Preferred Skills



Experience in immigration, overseas education, or recruitment industry. Multilingual abilities Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
