Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel clients and address inquiries regarding immigration products and services via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration information based on current visa laws and policies
Assess client profiles and provide fair evaluations of their immigration chances
Prepare action plans and schedules to meet sales targets
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals from day-to-day activities
Identify new sales prospects and engage them effectively
Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone and email
Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries into clients
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
Assess customer satisfaction through regular feedback from clients
Maintain a strong knowledge base of immigration policies and services
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or legal industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and explain immigration laws and procedures
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting systems
