The role involves assessing client eligibility, preparing required documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on suitable immigration programs, visa categories, and eligibility requirements.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa, work permit, residency, or citizenship applications.
Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/immigration authority requirements.
Keep updated with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies of different countries.
Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and employers on behalf of clients.
Maintain detailed records of client cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide accurate information regarding timelines, processes, fees, and potential outcomes.
Guide clients through appeals or additional requests from immigration authorities when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
