ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES Your responsibilities will be: \xc2\xb7 Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone, social media, and email. \xc2\xb7 Managing outbound phone calls and emails. \xc2\xb7 Responding to inquiries using pre-set business templates \xc2\xb7 Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family to make an educated choice & the right decision. \xc2\xb7 Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies. \xc2\xb7 Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s profile. \xc2\xb7 Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs. \xc2\xb7 Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice \xc2\xb7 Provide clear information on all programs we offer, and countries we provide visa/immigration services to. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong client relationships. \xc2\xb7 Meet targets and close contracts with clients. \xc2\xb7 Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. Skills The ideal candidate must have: \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, collections \xc2\xb7 Proven ability in sales conversion. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers. \xc2\xb7 Must be a team player. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in person. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure.
