- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, goals, and eligibility.
- Provide clear and accurate information about immigration processes, requirements, and available services.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for various countries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely provision of services.
- Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all required forms and supporting documents are collected and submitted accurately.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the application process.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and any relevant updates.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- You will \xe2\x80\x98ideally\xe2\x80\x99 be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any other qualifications relevant to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
- You must be fluent in English.
- Experience in sales is necessary, and depending upon the role, you may also be required to be bi-lingual.
- Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client and colleagues
- be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office as minimum.
- Immigration Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
