COSMOS-GLOBE is seeking a qualified Immigration Lawyer/Consultant to join our team for Europe. As an Immigration Lawyer/Consultant, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and consultation services to clients seeking immigration assistance for Europe. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
- Provide legal advice and consultation services to clients regarding European immigration laws and regulations.
- Assist clients with visa applications, residency permits, work permits, citizenship applications, and other immigration-related matters.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including applications, petitions, and contracts.
- Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including hearings and appeals.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about global immigration trends and developments.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in European country with a valid license to practice law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law in Europe.
- In-depth knowledge of European immigration laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and excellent client care.
