Handle inquiries from clients regarding immigration programs (work visas, study visas, PR pathways, etc.).
Provide accurate information, explain eligibility criteria, and recommend suitable visa options.
Conduct sales consultations through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Convert leads into successful sales by presenting services clearly and confidently.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure strong conversion rates.
Maintain updated knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements, and country-specific pathways.
Assist clients with understanding the process, timelines, fees, and required documents.
Coordinate with the processing team to track client applications and provide updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Record all client interactions in CRM or internal tracking systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals.
Participate in company marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
