Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes for study, work, and migration opportunities across various countries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of immigration requirements, and the ability to provide professional consultation services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and expert guidance on immigration, education, and visa processes. Assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate immigration programs. Assist clients with document collection, application preparation, and submission. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and regulation changes. Conduct consultations (in-person/online) and follow up with clients regularly. Coordinate with legal partners, universities, and global agencies to ensure smooth processing. Achieve monthly targets while ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and support end-to-end application workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business, Administration, or related field). Minimum 1 year experience in the immigration or overseas education industry. Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English required; Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is a plus). Sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets. Knowledge of major visa categories like student visa, PR pathways, work permits, etc. Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail.
