Provide comprehensive immigration counselling to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
Conduct sales consultations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of our immigration services.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate and timely processing of immigration applications.
Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and any regional language.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration or related services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
