Key Responsibilities:
Handle
qualified inbound leads
provided by the company (no cold calling).
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client profiles, goals, and eligibility.
Recommend suitable
immigration, visa, or residency programs
based on current regulations.
Clearly explain program requirements, timelines, costs, and processes.
Convert prospects into enrolled clients for
ongoing immigration programs
.
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
Coordinate with documentation, case processing, and legal teams after onboarding.
Ensure all advice complies with immigration laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and conversions in CRM.
Meet or exceed
monthly sales and conversion targets
.
Stay updated on immigration rules, program changes, and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role.
Proven ability to
close deals and convert leads
.
Strong knowledge of immigration programs (Europe, - customize as needed).
Excellent communication
(English, Tamil, Malayalam)
, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
