Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and web forms
Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
Client Consultation
Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person, phone, or virtual) to understand client goals and background
Provide tailored advice on suitable immigration pathways
Eligibility Assessment
Assess client profiles against current immigration requirements for various programs, including:
Canada (Express Entry, PNPs)
Australia (Skilled Migration)
UK and USA programs
Sales & Conversion
Present and sell appropriate immigration services
Clearly explain processes, timelines, costs, and documentation requirements
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, trust-based relationships through transparent and ethical guidance
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge & Compliance
Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Ensure all advice provided aligns with current regulations
Documentation & CRM
Collect initial documentation from clients
Ensure agreements and forms are completed accurately
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM
Team Collaboration
Coordinate closely with case processing and legal teams to ensure smooth handover of signed clients
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Immigration Sales Consultant or similar role in the UAE
Sales Performance:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in an immigration consultancy environment
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA, IRELAND, NETHERLANDS
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
Interpersonal Skills:
Empathetic, persuasive, and client-focused approach
Technical Skills:
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
Mindset:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in
Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog, Hindi and Urdu
