Typist / Documentation Specialist
to play a key role in delivering smooth, accurate, and stress-free visa services to our clients in Dubai. From
Family and Employment Visas to GDRFA and Golden Visa applications
, you'll be at the heart of every successful approval.
If you enjoy precision, organization, and working with government platforms, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, type, and professionally format visa applications and supporting documents for:
Family Visas
(dependent entry permits)
Employment Visas
(sponsorships, labor contracts, approvals)
Golden Visa applications
Perform accurate
GDRFA, ICP, and MOHRE typing
and data entry.
Ensure all documents fully comply with
UAE immigration laws and regulations
.
Proofread all submissions to guarantee
error-free spelling, grammar, and data accuracy
.
Maintain well-organized digital and physical records of applications and correspondence.
Coordinate with clients and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely processing.
Track deadlines and follow up on submissions until completion.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in
visa typing and documentation services in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE visa procedures and government portals
.
Fast and accurate typing speed (
50+ WPM preferred
).
Excellent command of
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple applications while meeting strict deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Background in
immigration consultancies, PRO services, HR departments, or business setup firms
in Dubai.
Hands-on experience with
ICP, GDRFA, and MOHRE systems
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
