Job Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and deliver professional immigration counseling via phone, email, and in-office consultations.
Present suitable migration options (Australia, Europe & Canada) and guide clients toward informed decisions.
Provide accurate, updated, and compliant immigration information.
Conduct objective profile assessments.
Develop tailored global career and migration strategies.
Maintain top-tier customer service by proactively addressing client concerns.
Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring exceptional service quality.
Qualifications
Minimum
1 year
experience in immigration consulting (Australia, Europe & Canada programs preferred).
Strong communication skills;
Tagalog-speaking applicants prioritized
.
Excellent problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems, computers, and online communication tools.
Updated knowledge of immigration guidelines and trends.
