We are seeking a confident and skilled Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with at least 2 years of experience in the immigration industry. This is a target-oriented role suited for someone with exceptional communication abilities, a polished and professional attitude, and a strong commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and consultation on various immigration processes.
Manage client inquiries and recommend suitable immigration options.
Follow up with potential clients and ensure consistent engagement.
Prepare and review documentation with accuracy while maintaining organized records.
Meet monthly performance targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, procedures, and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve goals.
Positive attitude and professional presentation.
