A2W Consultants is a rapidly growing immigration and overseas career advisory firm, helping professionals and families secure visas, work permits, and PR pathways to Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are expanding our dubai operations and looking for talented Immigration Consultants to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Immigration Consultants who can professionally guide clients, explain immigration pathways, conduct eligibility assessments, and close applications.

The ideal candidate must be confident, target-oriented, well-spoken, and able to provide accurate information to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct profile assessments for Canada, Australia, UK & Europe migration programs. Advise clients on visa categories, documentation, and eligibility. Handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule consultations, and follow up on leads daily. Present services clearly and professionally to potential clients. Maintain CRM records and work closely with the processing team. Achieve monthly enrollment & sales targets.
Requirements

Previous experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Canada & Australia PR pathways (training provided). Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets. Good English; Hindi or other languages is an added advantage. Must be present in dubai
