Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic
Immigration Consultant
who can fluently communicate in
Malayalam and English
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and a passion for helping clients navigate the immigration process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and personalized immigration advice to clients.
Assess eligibility for programs such as Express Entry, PNP, Work Permit, and Study Visa.
Guide clients through documentation, application preparation, and submission.
Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and meetings -- in
Malayalam and English
.
Manage case files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Law, Business, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration or related services.
Fluency in Malayalam and English (mandatory).
Strong communication, client-handling, and multitasking skills.
Good computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
RCIC certification or experience with Canadian immigration is an added advantage.
