Immigration Consultant (Sales Executive)

AED 8,000 + uncapped commissions (top performers earn AED 18,000 to 25,000)

About the Role

We are scaling fast and need strong closers. As an Immigration Consultant you will speak daily with clients who need visa and relocation support, understand their situation, and convert them into paying customers. This is all inbound leads, no cold calling.

What You Will Do

Handle 20+ new inbound leads each day and manage 50+ follow-ups Advise clients on the best immigration and visa solutions Consistently close 30+ new clients per month Keep the CRM updated and never let a lead slip through Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery

We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years of B2C sales in the UAE (visa, tourism, or insurance preferred) Proven top 10 percent sales performance in your previous team Excellent communication and objection-handling skills Hunger, financial drive, and relentless follow-up discipline Arabic or Tagalog speakers preferred
