Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services
Handle Malayalam-speaking clients professionally and persuasively
Convert leads into appointments or successful applications
Maintain proper client follow-ups and CRM updates
Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
Female only
Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
Must be fluent in
Urdu
(Hindi/English is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
