Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and provide expert consultation on immigration programs (Schengen)
Guide clients through the visa and migration process
Assess eligibility and explain program requirements clearly
Convert leads into successful applications
Follow up consistently and maintain records in CRM
Meet monthly targets and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in immigration sales
Strong communication and persuasive skills (English & Hindi required; other languages are a plus)
Confident, presentable, and client-focused
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
