We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to assist clients with the legal and documentation processes required to obtain visas and immigration benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies, and the ability to handle complex cases with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on the best immigration options based on their qualifications, eligibility, and goals.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, visa petitions, and supporting documents.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, procedures, and regulations in relevant countries.
Liaise with immigration authorities and government bodies on behalf of clients.
Provide guidance on interview preparation, medical exams, and other requirements.
Handle appeals, reconsideration, or follow-up processes if an application is refused.
Maintain accurate records of client information and case progress.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, data protection, and ethical standards.
