Managing and responding to hot inbound leads via telephone and email.
Responding to inquiries to the best of your abilities. Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is eligible.
Manage the entire lifecycle of the Migration application process, acting as a first point of contact at any given stage during the process for any client or colleague queries and offering area expertise where necessary.
Following up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
Handling Permanent Residence Applications, Visit Visas, Student Visas etc.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company.
You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
This position has a monthly target with additional incentives and bonuses.
