Must-Have Skills:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets. Identifying and closing deals with clients interested in

relocating to Europe with a job

. Following up on leads provided by

Access Abroad

and also leveraging your personal network to generate business. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies. Strong

sales, negotiation, and revenue generation skills

. Effective phone and email communication etiquette. Proficiency in

CRM software

for managing leads and clients. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and a fast learner. Long-term commitment to growing with the company.

Requirements:

Experience in

sales, client consultation, and closing deals

. Proven ability to convert leads into successful applications. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in

immigration consultancy or related fields

is an advantage. Ability to handle

both company-provided leads and personal referrals

to maximize conversions. In-depth understanding of

visa and work permit processes for Europe

. Required languages: Hindi, English, Malayali(Preferred), Sinhala(Optional)
