Positions Available: - 5 in the morning shift - 3 in the night shift Responsibilities: - Conduct counseling via phone, email, and in-person to guide clients on immigration services. - Provide advice on overseas options, ensuring informed decisions by candidates and their families. - Deliver accurate information based on current immigration policies. - Conduct fair evaluations of candidate profiles. - Develop personalized global career strategies for clients. - Respond proactively to client queries, ensuring excellent customer service. - Achieve assigned sales targets. Qualifications and Skills: - Preferably 3 years of experience in Australia/Canada/Europe Immigration Consulting. - Strong communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Computer and internet proficiency. - Stay updated on changing immigration rules and trends.
