Do you possess excellent communication, sales, and knowledge of immigration processes? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Immigration Sales Counsellor specialising in the immigration processes of the UK, Canada, and Australia. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients interested in immigrating to the UK, Canada, or Australia. Provide accurate and comprehensive information on immigration programs, procedures, and requirements specific to these countries. - Assess client profiles, understand their goals, qualifications, and preferences, and recommend suitable immigration programs that align with their objectives. - Conduct thorough consultations with clients, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the application process for the UK, Canada, or Australia. - Provide personalised guidance and support to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient immigration experience from the initial consultation to the final submission of the application. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and progress in our CRM system. - Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and changes specific to the UK, Canada, and Australia to provide up-to-date and accurate information to clients. - Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all documentation and applications are prepared accurately and submitted within the prescribed timelines. - Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the immigration services division. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Law, Business) is preferred. - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the immigration or related industry, with a strong focus on the UK, Canada, and Australia. - In-depth knowledge of immigration programs, visa categories, and procedures specific to the UK, Canada, and Australia. - Familiarity with client assessment and eligibility criteria for immigration programs in the UK, Canada, and Australia. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
