- 5,000 - 7,000 AED (Based on experience)
- Very attractive commission package (OTE 25-50k OTE pcm)
- All other benefits in line with UAE law: Visa, Insurance, Ect.
- Bonuses subject to performance
- You will focus on speaking to prospective clients, educate them about the opportunities available and qualify them to make sure than they meet the eligibility requirements for the process.
- You will receive leads provided by the company and be required to action them, and follow the sales procedure.
- You will take the prospect, from the point of inquiry to the point of onboarding, following the compliance and internal procedures.
- You will build relationships with the clients and manage their account throughout their journey through the process, this will involve regular updates with your clients post onboarding, and activities such as collecting documents etc.
- You will liaise with the case management team to update your clients on the progress of their file and manage client expectations.
- You will be responsible for meeting your monthly billing targets and reaching KPIS.
- You will be reporting to the Director.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services, sales, or telesales.
- Knowledge of basic UK immigration laws and regulations (Full Training to be provided)
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Immigration: 3 years (Required)
