Our company is looking for an enthusiastic inside sales consultant to advise and guide clients about their overseas options. You\'ll need to sell visa and immigration services.
Handling client queries over the phone, email, and during Meetings
Making outbound calls to either \xe2\x80\x9cwarm\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9chot\xe2\x80\x9d leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regard to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up
Strict observance of all applicable deadlines.
Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as needed.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
Thorough attention to detail
Detailed knowledge of legislation relating to real estate and the application thereof
Ability to deliver high-quality customer services
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
