**Responsibilities:** As a Visa and immigration Consultant at BMC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our visa and immigration consulting services. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assisting clients with inquiries related to visa & immigration services, and other travel-related information for countries like U.K,EUROPE,CANADA,AUSTRALIA,NEWZEALND. 3. Providing comprehensive visa consultation services, including processing visa applications and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. 4. Managing appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling for clients\' meetings 5. Handling telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally. 6. Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and immigration industry trends. And to have sound knowledge of all the immigrations trends to different countries. **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in visa consulting and sales services, is a must. - Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of visa application processes and requirements. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems is an advantage. - Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a bonus. - A strong commitment to exceptional client service.
