accurate advice, realistic expectations, and ethical sales practices

If you cannot handle targets, lack immigration sales experience, or rely on exaggeration to close deals, this role is not for you.
Key
Responsibilities
Handle inbound immigration inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web leads
Conduct structured consultations (in-person and virtual) to understand client goals
Assess eligibility for immigration and work permit programs
Present suitable pathways with transparent timelines, fees, and limitations
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Build trust through honest, professional communication
Collect initial documentation and ensure service agreements are completed accurately
Maintain detailed records and follow-ups in the CRM system
Coordinate effectively with case processing and legal teams after client sign-up
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum
1 year UAE experience
as an Immigration Consultant
Proven track record of closing immigration or work permit sales
Strong working knowledge of: Canada (Express Entry, PNPs) or Europe Work Permits
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Comfortable working in a
target-driven environment
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in
English,
Hindi and/or Urdu
Experience selling multiple immigration and work permit programs
Background in regulated or compliance-focused consultancies
