Policy Updates
: Stay informed about immigration laws, visa regulations, and country-specific policies to provide accurate advice.
Follow-Ups
: Track application statuses, communicate with immigration authorities (if authorized), and update clients on progress via email or calls.
CRM Management
: Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log client interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain case records.
Issue Resolution
: Address client queries or concerns, troubleshoot delays, and escalate complex cases to senior consultants or immigration lawyers.
