Making outbound calls to either \xe2\x80\x9cwarm\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9chot\xe2\x80\x9d leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up. - Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service. - Responding to incoming emails and phone queries. - Achieve monthly sales target. - maintain client data confidentially - Strong tactics in sales - Coordinating with other team members for closure of clients The applicant must possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a strong desire to learn and enhance their skills. Must have at least 1 year of immigration experience either in UAE or home country.
Must have knowledge of Canadian immigration programs.
Must have telesales skills.
Must have strong communication in English and open to learning and be a team player.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Customer/ Client Relationship Management.
Motivating people to migrate to different countries mainly Australia, Canada, Denmark, New Zealand, etc. on Permanent Residency (PR).
Evaluating clients\xe2\x80\x99 eligibility as per the Immigration laws and guidelines of different countries
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
