Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
on assigned leads and conduct
cold calling
to generate new prospects.
Invite prospective applicants to visit the office for
face-to-face counselling
.
Provide
detailed consultation
to applicants interested in
migrating, settling, studying, or investing abroad
(Australia, Canada, Europe, UK, and other countries).
Explain visa options, eligibility criteria, process flow, timelines, documentation, and costs clearly and honestly.
Assess applicant profiles and recommend the
most suitable immigration pathway
based on their background.
Convert enquiries into confirmed clients
through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Attend
client meetings
, address queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth case handling.
Maintain and regularly update
lead, applicant, and client data
in CRM / Excel / internal systems.
Follow up with pending leads and clients to ensure timely decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and immigration regulations.
Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
Provide post-sign-up support and guidance until file handover to the processing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
are mandatory (verbal and written).
Ability to
understand client concerns and solve problems independently
without constant supervision.
Should be proactive and capable of
coming up with unique ideas, solutions, and honest advice
tailored to each applicant's profile.
Prior experience in
immigration consultancy, overseas education, sales, or client counselling
is preferred.
Good knowledge of popular immigration destinations and visa pathways (training will be provided where required).
Target-driven
, confident, and professional in approach.
Intermediate-level proficiency is mandatory
in
MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems
(lead management, follow-ups, reporting).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and deadlines efficiently.
