Scope and Purpose
Job Summary:
? To liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office (Operations/Accounting/Compliance).
? To be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are for establishing the relationship and processing the customer's transactions.
Responsibility:
? To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
? To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests
? To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM
? Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
? Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.
? Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
? Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
? Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
? Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
? Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material
Required Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience
