Job Description

Scope and Purpose
- Undertake daily accounting routines
- General Ledger Update
- Treasury activities, Nostro reconciliation, FX position monitoring
- Assist in internal reporting to Management/ Head Office
- Support the Accounting Manager with internal audits
- Assist in external reporting to Regulator, Audit & Tax in particular
- Monitoring & analysing monthly internal reports
- Accounts Payable operations including vendors' invoices settlement
- Assist the Accounting and Administration Department with both daily office function management and administrative processing of vendors invoices.
- Support other depts. requests and inquiries (Front, HR, Risk and Compliance in particular)
Up to 2 years of experience in this role
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Management and Administration
- Computer literate
- MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Fluent in English
- Italian is a plus
