Scope and Purpose

. To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements. . To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank's product and seek solution to their requests . To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Managers . Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank. . To liaise between front office (Marketing/Business Development) and back office (Operations/Accounting/Compliance). . To be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are in order for establishing the relationship and processing the customer's transactions

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate / compliance role, ideally with banks operating in Abu Dhabi

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

. Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics/Marketing/Business/Law or related field . Understanding of documentation and operating processes . Computer literacy . Italian and English speaker ( Arabic preferred ) . Customer and detail oriented . Analytical skill . Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices added advantage
