We are seeking a dedicated and experienced iManage Work Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for our clients in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both cloud version and on-premise deployments of iManage Work, a leading document and email management solution. This role requires a native Arabic speaker with fluent English proficiency to ensure seamless communication with local teams and international stakeholders. The position is based full-time on-site in Iraq, with potential for occasional travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for iManage Work systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance for both SaaS and on-premise environments.
- Assist users with day-to-day issues related to document management, email integration, security settings, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct on-site installations, upgrades, and migrations between cloud and on-premise setups as needed.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical problems and implement best practices.
- Deliver training sessions and create user guides tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences, while ensuring materials are available in both Arabic and English.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Handle incident management, including logging tickets, prioritizing issues, and ensuring timely resolutions in line with SLAs.
- Stay updated on iManage product updates, certifications, and industry trends to provide proactive support.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting iManage Work or similar document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments, OpenText). Proven expertise in both cloud-based and on-premise server deployments is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of iManage Work modules, including WorkSite, Mobility, Security, and Integration with Microsoft Office/Outlook.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, SQL databases, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for on-premise and SaaS configurations.
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and API integrations for custom solutions.
- Language Proficiency: Native Arabic speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken). Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both languages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. iManage certifications (e.g., iManage Certified System Engineer) are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be adaptable to on-site client demands and cultural nuances in Iraq.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to reside full-time in Iraq (specific location to be discussed during interview). Valid work visa or eligibility to work in Iraq is required. Must be available for occasional after-hours support.
