We are looking for a dedicated and patient ILSA (Shadow Teacher) to support a 9-year-old student in Grade 4. The main responsibility of the ILSA is to assist the student in maintaining focus during class, completing assigned tasks, and following classroom routines. The role requires close collaboration with the classroom teacher to ensure the student's academic and behavioral needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to help the student stay focused and on task.
Assist the student in understanding and completing classwork and homework.
Encourage positive behavior and participation in classroom activities.
Use calm and effective strategies to handle moments of resistance, refusal, or argument.
Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about the student's progress.
Create a supportive, understanding, and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
Preferably male candidate.
Experience working with children, especially those with attention or behavioral challenges, is preferred.
Patient, empathetic, and capable of managing challenging behaviors calmly and positively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
