Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends, as required by operational needs.
Experience with audiovisual (AV) equipment and classroom technology.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
DESIRED CRITERIA:
Familiarity with SharePoint administration and web publishing
Experience in Windows Server management
Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems for issue tracking and escalation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and technical configurations.
Fluent in English and Arabic
