Role Overview

The ICT, Security Surveillance Systems, Presales / Solution Architect is a key technical resource supporting sales teams by designing innovative and customized solutions. This role addresses client requirements, ensures technical feasibility, and delivers expert guidance to enable successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements to propose tailored solutions across ICT, Security Surveillance Systems, Networking and ELV

Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, technical proposals, and detailed documentation.

Conduct engaging presentations, live demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions for clients.

Address technical queries and provide guidance during the presales phase to build trust and confidence with clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition and implementation of solutions during project delivery.

Stay updated with the latest developments in ICT and Security Surveillance technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Competencies

In-depth knowledge of ICT, and Security Surveillance systems, including networking and ELV.

Familiarity with leading vendor solutions in the areas of IT, CT, ELV and CCTV Surveillance.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio for creating technical layouts and schematics is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in ICT presales or technical roles.

Key Metrics: Client satisfaction, timely and accurate proposals, and successful collaboration with sales teams.
