Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Diploma in Education or Teaching certification (or equivalent). Previous experience teaching ICT to students, ideally within the U.S. curriculum. Strong knowledge of programming languages, digital tools, and software applications. Passion for technology and its potential to enhance learning. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire students and encourage their creativity and critical thinking through the use of technology.

As an ICT Teacher, you will play a key role in helping students develop essential digital literacy skills and an understanding of technology, which will prepare them for success in a technology-driven world. You will deliver engaging lessons that integrate technology into the curriculum, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills while encouraging creativity and collaboration.


The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ICT concepts, a passion for teaching technology, and the ability to engage students in the effective and responsible use of digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons that align with the U.S. curriculum and promote digital literacy. Teach students about key concepts in computing, including coding, programming, hardware and software, internet safety, and the ethical use of technology. Integrate technology into other subjects and encourage students to use ICT tools for research, collaboration, and creative projects. Develop students' problem-solving, computational thinking, and digital skills through hands-on activities and projects. Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing feedback to support continuous improvement. Foster a safe and responsible digital learning environment by educating students on internet safety, cybersecurity, and online etiquette. Stay current with emerging technology trends and incorporate new tools and resources into lesson plans. Collaborate with other teachers to enhance cross-curricular integration of ICT and support digital learning across subjects. Communicate regularly with parents to update them on student progress and digital learning developments.
