We are currently recruiting for an ICT Officer for our client, a leading company in Abu Dhabi:
Purpose:
Managing and optimization of company hardware and software.
Users troubleshooting and support.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest availability of IT services and tools.
- Monitoring Infrastructure and the networking status.
- Assist in ICT policy implementation and adoption.
- Aid in critical cybersecurity topics.
- Help desk primary support. General troubleshooting of user\xe2\x80\x99s problems.
- Installation of standard and company software and common devices.
- Provide support on telecommunication aspect. Cooperate with other IT teams in the region offices and in the Head Quarter.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in ICT
- At least 1 years of experience in ICT areas
