KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement complex ICT systems and networks to meet the organization\'s requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the organization\'s ICT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operations.
Install, configure and maintain ICT equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and storage systems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient delivery of ICT services and support.
Research and recommend new technologies and ICT solutions to enhance the organization\'s operations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to ICT systems and processes.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of experience in ICT engineering or a similar role
Excellent knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience in managing and supporting ICT equipment and systems, including servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft MCSE are a plus

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
