Job Purpose & Scope:

• Monitor and follow up ICAPS\xc2\xa9 Preservations, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning database population and focal point for Company PMT of any issues related with Completion Management System.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and follow up the preparation and update Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning dossier library, compilation and auditing the content of the completion dossiers to ensure their completeness.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up Punch List record as well as clearance from Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.

\xc2\xb7 He will be focal point for Pre-commissioning and Commissioning progress report generated by ICAPS.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure that at time of Sail away, any remaining PL are clearly identified and entered into ICAPS,

\xc2\xb7 To participate to Carry Over work identification using ICAPS Database and PL,

Principal Accountabilities:

1. To adopt and to demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to Company Ethics and \xe2\x80\x9cCode of Conduct\xe2\x80\x9d policy and HSE rules and regulations.

2. To carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices

3. To be kept informed of the project technical referential and international standards related to his area of responsibility, taking knowledge from them for application to the Project.
To develop, as required, Discipline specific instructions during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.

4. To ensure proper implementation of ICAPS in US LTDP-1 Project and is performing his activities as per Project specifications, requirements.

As such, Job holder shall:

- Follow up ICAPS\xc2\xa9 architecture, installation, configuration, and implementation at Project Site.

- As COMPANY focal point for ICAPS, ensure that Database preparation is duly performed based on project completion procedure and is daily updated by CONTRACTOR,

- To ensure the integrity of data between ICAPS\xc2\xa9 database with the latest engineering document.

- Liaise with Contractor for itemize ICAPS\xc2\xa9 population and tasks creation based on System/ Subsystem markup drawing.

- To monitor the Contractor with RFC and RFSU dossier preparation and support its circulation through COMPANY Superintendent/ Leader before approval by COMPANY.

- Follow up and ensure Pre-commissioniong and Commissioning execution work on site recorded in ICAPS\xc2\xa9 progress.

- To ensure Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning tasks already complete in ICAPS\xc2\xa9 without any blocking point / punch list and liaise with Project Team for RFC/ RFSU readiness.

- He will monitor and follow up Punch List record as well as clearance from Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.

- Provide daily/ weekly progress reports for each subsystem upon completion of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning and customize report as required for project management.

- He will report on a day-to-day basis for database, modification/ update, and population progress to Commissioning Site Lead.

- Monitor and follow up ICAPS\xc2\xa9 Preservation entry/ clearance data base in any phases of US-LTDP-1 Project.

- The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour regarding HSE rules & requirements.

- To implement the COMPANY Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes.

- He will organize a consolidation of the database at the end of yard activity in order to ensure proper tracking and identify carry over work for the offshore phase.

- Attend to project progress meetings as required

5. In General:

\xc2\xb7 To assist the Company Commissioning Manager/ Commissioning Site Lead as and when required.

\xc2\xb7 To provide technical support and assistance to Company personnel, and also to Contractor\' and Suppliers\' personnel in ICAPS if needed;

To implement ICAPS Discipline methods for the supervision of the day-to-day activities

6. To ensure data integrity of ICAPS database and completion dossiers issued under his area of responsibility.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

\xc2\xb7 Professional Experience in Pre-Com./Comm. Activities

\xc2\xb7 Experience in similar position in similar role

\xc2\xb7 Multi-Disciples overview and experience

\xc2\xb7 ICAPS architecture, installation, and configuration

\xc2\xb7 Pre-Com. experience is required on Topsides

\xc2\xb7 Commissioning experience

\xc2\xb7 Be Skilled with using and Implementing ICAPS Database

\xc2\xb7 Customize ICAPS Project Progress Reporting

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Company referential, Project management (organization), Team management (relationship), Risk identification and assessment.
