: As Business Interface Adviser, typically as an Individual Contributor: . Has frequent exposure to / interaction with senior levels of business leadership - EC-2 and EC-3 . Manages relationships with multiple (groups of) stakeholders on a tactical/strategic level . Supports business/country, builds strategy . Deploys less diverse channels of communication . More resources available - if complex scope, support available (example NL, UK Country roles) . Supports a moderately complex country/business*.

As Content Adviser, typically: . Deploys non-standard and integrated communication channels and materials to deliver on IC plans . Has frequent exposure to (knowledge, understanding) / interaction with senior levels of business leadership - EC-2 and EC-3 . Provides advanced level of input concerning assigned business area(s) . Coordinates multiple tactical communications projects.

As Programmes Adviser, typically: . Delivers various projects/campaigns with varying sets of stakeholders and businesses/functions at the same time with more complex stakeholders . Manages multiple complex tactical projects and activities . Provides advanced level of input concerning assigned themes . Has frequent exposure to / interaction with senior levels of business leadership - e.g. EC-2 and EC-3.
