Our client is a leading bank in the UAE. They are now looking for an IBOR Project Consultant-Global Corporate Finance to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviewing the documentation related to transitioning the existing GCF loans from IBOR to Risk free rates from a commercial standpoint
- Co-ordinating with GCF IBOR legal, LPM, GM and Sharia and other internal stakeholders on transition
- Adhering to established quality control measures and procedures
- Staying abreast with recent global developments related to IBOR transitions
- Ensure that the regulatory reports for various central banks related to transitioning the existing loans are accurate and sent in a timely manner
