We are seeking a skilled IBM WebSphere Administrator to manage and optimize our WebSphere environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of WebSphere Application Server, ensuring high availability and performance.

Salary - 13000 AED to 14000 AED + Benefits
Experience - 6 + years
What You'll Do:
Looking for candidates with both WebSphere and Weblogic combined skills.
-> IBM WebSphere Install, configure, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server (Base/ND) on Linux/AIX/Windows Servers.
-> Configure clusters, nodes, deployment managers, and application servers for high availability and load balancing.
-> Deploy project related applications (.ear, .war, .jar) and manage application lifecycle.
-> Manage IBM HTTP Server (IHS) and plugin configurations.
-> Monitor application performance, Tune JVM parameters, thread pools, and session management for optimal performance.
-> Gater logs and perform root cause analysis for performance degradation and system failures.
-> Implement SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, and truststores for secure communication.
-> Analyze logs (SystemOut.log, SystemErr.log, FFDC) for error diagnostics and resolution.
Oracle WebLogic :
-> Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server (versions 12c/14c) on Linux/AIX Servers
-> Set up and manage WebLogic domains, clusters, managed servers, and node managers.
-> Deploy and manage Java EE applications
-> Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, thread dumps, and memory leaks.
-> Configure SSL/TLS, certificates, and secure communication channels (HTTPS).
-> Apply security patches and updates in compliance with banking security policies.
-> Plan and perform WebLogic patching, upgrades, and migration activities.
As the implementation is on Aix/Linux platforms the candidate is expected to have proficiency on the OS.
